Helping collect food from Kaibosh when required, setting up the FoodShare space, including tables and food displays.

Carrying and moving boxes of food, helping organise and distribute food fairly.

Assisting FoodShare runs smoothly & supporting staff with packing down.

Requirements:

Friendly, warm and approachable. Confident engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Calm, respectful and non-judgemental. Comfortable gently reinforcing expectations when needed.

Reliable and able to work as part of a small team. Physically able to carry boxes of food and help with set-up and pack-down.

Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when working with Birthright families.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Wednesdays | 9:00am–11:30am
