We’re looking for someone with basic building or handyman skills who can help us rebuild a linen cupboard at our rural
property in Ōtaki.
We’re part of a not-for-profit community that runs wellbeing and retreat events, and our little property always has a few
projects on the go. This one’s simple — we’ve got all the tools and materials ready, just need an extra pair of capable
hands to help put it back together.
It’ll likely take less than a day, and weekends are best for us.
If you enjoy practical projects and don’t mind lending your skills to support a good cause, we’d really appreciate your help
• Basic carpentry or handyman experience
• Comfortable using standard power and hand tools
• Reliable and able to complete a small project
• Physically able to do light building work (lifting, drilling, assembling)
• Enjoys practical tasks and helping a community project
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
It’ll likely take less than a day, and weekends are best for us.
