ISKCON Kapiti is a rural nature retreat and community located at 116 Kaitawa Road, Otaki. As part of the international Hare Krishna movement, it focuses on, bhakti yoga, and spiritual education based on the Gaudiya Vaishnavism tradition. Nature: It operates as a rural, peaceful retreat centre organised via the Bhakti Lounge in Wellington https://www.bhaktilounge.org.nz/retreat-booking Focus: The centre provides a space for practicing and learning about Krishna consciousness, often featuring, vegetarian meals and, spiritual community activities. We’re looking for someone with basic building or handyman skills who can help us rebuild a linen cupboard at our rural property in Ōtaki.
