Help your local Foodbank in a fun and practical way! The Combined Lions Clubs of Kapiti are running their annual Foodbank Drive on Saturday 29th November and we are looking for helpers to unpack and sort donated food once it gets delivered to the sorting site in Paraparaumu. If you can spare a few hours on Saturday 29th November we would love to hear from you! This collection will help restock the Kāpiti Foodbank shelves for the Christmas period.

Requirements:

You'll be on your feet for most of the time, and there is some light lifting. This is a busy day and essential for us to keep our shelves full for the Christmas period. Please wear comfortable closed shoes as you will be standing (NO OPEN TOED shoes for health & safety reasons) and water bottles are recommended.

Time commitment:

Two to three hours on Saturday 29th November.
