Kāpiti Community Foodbank
The Foodbank was set up in 1999 to provide free food parcels to the community, and relies on generous food and monetary donations for its continued operation. Food parcels are customised to suit the individuals or family’s needs, and will feed them for three days. We provide a non judgmental service to those in need and liaise with other welfare groups in the area to benefit our clients.
The Kapiti Community Food bank is a registered Incorporated Society and a Registered Charity and is looking for a Treasurer to join its Board and help keep the club financially organised.
