• Manage donor communications, ensuring timely acknowledgments, updates, and impact stories.
• Analyse donor data to track engagement trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support grant applications and reporting by contributing compelling narratives and case studies.
• Experience in communications, fundraising, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• A passion for community impact and an understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
• Knowledge of mate wareware/dementia or health-related issues is a plus but not essential.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
