Deputy Treasurer

The Kapiti Community Foodbank are looking for a Deputy Treasurer to join their board. In this role you will work alongside the current Treasurer to assist him in managing the Foodbank's accounts. In time, it is expected that you would take over the role of Treasurer.

Requirements:

The ideal volunteer will have experience of preparing accounts and ideally be familiar with Xero, however full training will be provided to use the system.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Board meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1pm and there will be some tasks outside of the meetings. Approx to 2 to 3 hours per week.
