Board Secretary

Are you interested in helping to improve the lives of one parent families? Do you have great communication and organisational skills? If so, then this role could be for you. We are looking for a Board Secretary to undertake tasks such as setting agendas, collating board papers and taking meeting minutes. You will be important part of our Board team and help make decisions that will shape the strategy of our organisation.

Requirements:

Great listening and writing skills. Organised, with good time management skills.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Board Meetings are held in the evening every 2 months. The meetings are held in our office which is up a flight of stairs but there is potential to Zoom into meetings if the meeting room is not accessible to you.
