Are you passionate about New Zealand native wildlife? Do you enjoy being part of a team, love being immersed in nature and want to make a difference to your community? We are looking for a volunteer to help Nga Manu's rangers with food preparation for our native birds and reptiles. You may also need to help in their enclosures from time to tome to keep them clean and well maintained. On the job training is provided.

Requirements:

You will need to follow recipes to ensure the animals are properly fed. Good observation skills are also very helpful.

Time commitment:

Two to four hours preferably in the morning every Tuesday.
