Mentoring Programme Cook

Kāpiti Impact Trust
Food Services

Do you love to make delicious meals? Would you like to put your cooking skills to good use? We are looking for a Cook to make a monthly evening meal for our volunteer Youth Mentors (approx. 16 people).
The meal plan will be yours to create, previous meal ideas included soups, curries, risottos and salads and the meals can be cooked in your own home (our staff are available to support you with meal ideas).

Able to cook for a group and adapt meals for dietary requirements (i.e vegetarian or gluten free).
Food will be paid for by the Trust, you will be reimbursed if you do the shopping or you can provide a list to the team. Some food is also donated by Kaibosh Food Rescue so it would be great if you have experience adapting meals to available ingredients! Slow cookers are available to use if you need them.

Time commitment:

One meal a month (day TBC but probably a Thursday)
