Art Assistant

Do you enjoy working with people to stimulate and foster their creativity? Te Ara Korowai Wellbeing Centre run art and creativity classes as a means of working towards positive mental health for members of our community. In this role you will assist the tutor and participants in this busy art class. The role will require setting art materials up, supporting individuals with various tasks and clean up at the end.

Requirements:

An interest in art is beneficial but not required. No previous art experience required. An ability to relate to a range of people. We are looking for someone who is patient, tolerant and flexible.

Time commitment:

Tuesday 12.30pm to approx 3pm and/or Thursday 10am to 12pm
