Registrations are now open for our award-winning mentoring programme. We are offering a 6-month mentoring programme for Managers and Trustees of Kāpiti for purpose groups. Are you new to your leadership role or want support to further develop your leadership for your community organisation? Following the Mentoring Foundation programme, you will be matched with a skilled local mentor that will provide one-on-one advice and guidance to enhance your effectiveness in your role.
