When we have a full house, whether it is the Royal New Zealand Ballet, or rowdy local legends Hogsnort Bulldog's Goodtime Band, everyone manages to find the bar, their seats, and the bathrooms with ease, despite the crowds. As FoH Manager, I know that during the show, the audience is safe and directed in an emergency.

Our Usher team are truly a gift to us! They ensure our patrons are welcomed and hosted with the best of spirit! They are also essential to our ongoing commitment to community accessibility and safety. Without this team, quite simply, Te Raukura can not function. This entire team bring the culture and enthusiasm we foster, and their own sparks of joy. Each shift is a whirlwind they all adapt to, with their own skills to balance us out.
