What you'll do: Set up a simple trap somewhere close to home, your own backyard or another local spot identified with the group, check it regularly, and log your results. A mentor will show you the ropes and check in along the way.
Skills you'll gain: Basic trap setup and safety checks, recording catches on Trap NZ, responsibility and initiative.

Requirements:

Willing to check your trap regularly nearby.
No experience, transport, or equipment needed to start.

Time commitment:

Flexible. A few minutes, a couple of times a week.
