Trade Aid Kāpiti are looking for volunteers to help sell beautiful fair trade products in their store in Coastlands. Trade Aid shops are closing down nationwide and the Kāpiti store is one of 7 that is remaining open for the next couple of months (hopefully until Christmas) to help sell as much of the fair trade products as possible.
If you have some previous customer service experience and have an appreciation for fair trade - or a willingness to learn about it we would love to hear from you.
In return you will get:

• Cash handling, ability to work unsupervised.
• Quick to learn - we run a Point of sale system here - it's not hard to learn.

• Has an appreciation for fair trade - or a willingness to learn about it.
3 hour shifts available.
Currently, we have these vacancies free:
• Sunday 1-4pm vacancy (2 per month)
• Thursday 12.30-3.30pm
• Casual - to cover when other volunteers are sick or on leave. No fixed days, but would be lovely to have, as they have some leave coming up, plus the Christmas trading will be busy (if they are still open)
A short-term role for approx 8 to 16 weeks (between now and Christmas).
