Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of rescue animals? We are looking for a volunteer to get stuck into kitchen duties at our Ōtaki Animal Shelter.
Duties include: washing dog dishes and loading the washing machine with animal bedding. You are welcome to walk the dogs in between or after kitchen duties.
Your hard work will help make life more comfortable for the animals at the shelter (mostly dogs).

Requirements:

Empathetic, physically fit and follows direction well.
A great team player that is caring, friendly, positive, reliable and has a can do attitude. Volunteers must be 16 years or older for this role.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Morning shifts available: 8am to 12pm any day including weekends
Afternoon shifts available: 12pm to 3pm
