Age Concern Kāpiti relies on Government funding and grants in order to provide the services that we currently offer. We have an opportunity for for a volunteer to join our team and grow the sponsorship aspect of the organisation. More sponsorship will enable us to continue to provide the current services and to look at other opportunities that would benefit older people within our community.
You will be part of the fundraising committee and be supported by the Board.
Good communicator with a friendly and engaging approach. The ability to speak to business owners about the work of Age Concern Kāpiti and how their sponsorship would benefit older people in our community.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
