Treasurer

Do you have sound financial knowledge? Are you passionate about the need for safe, secure housing for people with mental health challenges?
Use your experience to help set up the financial processes and oversea the Trust accounts of this new Housing Trust! As Treasurer you will be an important member of the Hope Housing Trust Board. As well as carrying out financial management and fundraising tasks, you play a crucial role in overseeing the organisation's vision and mission to provide affordable, safe housing solutions for individuals dealing with mental health challenges on the Kāpiti Coast.

Requirements:

Previous Treasurer experience or a financial/accounting background. Detail orientated and a good communicator.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Meetings are held monthly on a Wednesday evening from 7pm. Some hours required outside of the meeting time.
