Office Administrator

Are you looking for an office-based volunteer role? Do you love helping older people? Join our friendly team to help us with administration tasks! We are looking for someone to help provide general office support for approx. one day a week for 4 hours.
This role involves:

  • General support and administration within the office, including providing assistance with:
    • membership database
    • paperwork and other tasks related to courses and monthly workshops (Staying Safe Driving Refresher and Steady as You Go Falls Prevention classes)
      Guidance and support will be given by our current Office Administrator and Manager.
Requirements:

Affinity with older people, reliable and patient.
Great communication and organisational skills.
Ideally some previous administration experience in an EA or Office Admin role.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

1 or 2 days a week maximum 4 hours/day - office closed on Wednesday
