Pink Ribbon Street Appeal Coordinators

The Pink Ribbon Street Appeal is back this Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Every October, thousands of Kiwis around the country take to the streets to collect funds for breast cancer education, research, advocacy, and patient support. The appeal couldn’t happen without our amazing area coordinators. Breast Cancer Foundation NZ are seeking fantastic Area Coordinators for our Pink Ribbon Street Appeal! As an Area Coordinator, you will oversee multiple sites within your suburb and manage a team of volunteers to collect funds for BCFNZ on Friday 18th and/or Saturday 19th October 2024.

Over the appeal weekend you will distribute stock to your volunteers, troubleshoot any issues (should they arise) and bank the funds donated in your area.

We provide you with everything you will need for the role, including a detailed brief, access to a volunteer roster system, plenty of (pink!) stock, collection permits and banking materials.

Requirements:

A willingness to support the the BCFNZ cause!

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

2 full days plus some time in the build up
