Join the Volunteer Kapiti team connecting volunteers with community organisations throughout the Kapiti Coast. This role involves interviewing potential volunteers, discussing their skills and attributes and connecting them to suitable opportunities. Following up both volunteers and organisations to ensure referral is completed and any other general office and admin work, as required. This is a rewarding role where you get to help people to find their volunteer passion and purpose, while also connecting with community organisations across Kapiti. There is also the opportunity to be involved in other Volunteer Kapiti projects. We provide full training with ongoing support (and lots of coffee or tea!) in a great team environment.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Weekly on Wednesday 9.30am - 2pm in Paraparaumu. The role will start in late January 2025.
