This is our new bi-monthly meetup for social and community sector leaders across Paekākāriki and Ōtaki, and this series is a space designed to help you refill your cup, strengthen leadership skills, and build authentic connections across our sector.

Each session builds on the kōrero before it. In October, we’ll explore communication styles, one of the key areas raised in August. Together, we’ll reflect on how we navigate conversations with staff, boards, volunteers, and community, and how understanding ourselves can help us lead with clarity and compassion.
