Kāpiti Amateur Radio Society Inc
The Kāpiti Amateur Radio Society Inc exists to foster the amateur radio service in the Kāpiti district. It is a branch of the national association, the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters Inc. The society also has the objective to co-operate with the KCDC, the Wellington Regional Council and NZ Police to support those and other community organisations, whether of an emergency nature or not, where the expertise of the Society's members may be of value.
