Birthright Kāpiti Op shop - Volunteer Story Celebration 2024

For the fourth year running our volunteers have supported us to hold our free ball dress and suit hire for Kapiti College and Paraparaumu College. They give hours of their time to ensure this event goes ahead. They are dedicated and wash, steam, mend and hang over 400 dresses and more than 100 suits. The support they give us ensures we can continue this service and help more of our young people to feel fabulous.

As this event is organised entirely outside of working hours our whanau of volunteers give of their time early in the morning and into the evening to ensure this event happens.
