Would you like to be part of a Board that promotes, supports and nurtures non-violent relationships for self, whanau and community? Do you have a sound knowledge in financial reporting and planning? The Kāpiti Living Without Violence Board would love to hear from you!
As a Treasurer for Kāpiti Living Without Violence you would be responsible for managing the organisation's bank accounts, overseeing Xero and preparing financial reports including the annual performance report.

Requirements:

Experience in financial planning and writing financial reports.
Ideally you will have experience in using Xero.
You will be compassionate, non-judgmental and with good social skills. Your values should reflect that of the organisations - which is to encourage individuals and whanau to develop violence free relationships based on equality and respect.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

The Board meets monthly on Thursday evening.
