Admin Support

Are you looking for an admin role with a difference? The Kāpiti US Marines Trust are seeking an Admin Support volunteer to assist the Trust Secretary to keep the Trusts systems and files in order. The role involves filing, sending material to libraries, updating databases and stakeholder information and reporting of the visitor log book. The majority of the role can be done from home once you are trained up (training will take place in Paekakariki).

Requirements:

Good organisational skills and able to work autonomously. Ideally you will have an interest in local military history.

Time commitment:

Approx 4 hours per week
