Do you enjoy being organised and would like to support an organisation that helps older people enjoy technology? SeniorNet Kāpiti are looking for someone to help coordinate their phone/email requests and provide general office support for 4 hours a week.
This roles involves:
Responding to phone and email communications (note initially this will be taking note of queries and learning where to send that query to)
Distribution of requests/queries to the relevant person who can assist
Filing of email correspondence
Ordering of office supplies
Enjoy working with over 50s
Basic computer skills - including Microsoft Outlook (note: SeniorNet Kāpiti are happy to provide additional training in this area if required).
Full training will be provided for the role.
Monday and Thursday morning. Total of four hours per week. Though can be flexible on the working days.
