Are you passionate about the Ōtaki Community? Would you like to learn more about the mahi that groups in the Ōtaki Community Sector do? We are looking for a volunteer take the minutes at the monthly Ōtaki Community Forum. This Forum enables community groups to network and learn from one another, and this role is very important to the success of the Forum. If you have excellent listening and note-taking skills that you want to put to good use to benefit the Ōtaki community we would love to hear from you! The role involves emailing out reminders about the monthly meeting, attending the meeting and writing up the minutes afterwards.

Requirements:

Reliable, friendly and able to respect confidential information. Great communication skills (both written and verbal). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Time commitment:

Meetings for approx. 1 hour - 9.30am to 10.30am on the first Tuesday of the month, plus time to type up minutes afterwards (within one week of the meeting) and send out meeting reminders.
