Property Facility Co-ordinator - GirlGuiding New Zealand

GirlGuiding NZ is looking for a Facility Coordinator for 2022 at our property June Oakley Guide Hall!

This volunteer opportunity offers you the chance to be part of an experienced and focused national property team. You will be responsible for hire bookings, facility checks post-hire, managing our camping equipment (where applicable) and communication with staff on maintenance issues. You will also be helping support our organisation, and especially the opportunities provided to our girl members, by maximising income generated from our properties.

This volunteer role works closely with the GirlGuiding NZ Property team in Christchurch Office.

How we will help you:
• We provide a range of training, as some properties are managed with an online booking system and some
with a manual system
• Support network with other Facility Co-ordinators
• Approval for reimbursement for property related purchases

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Up to 5 hours. If you and a friend would be interested in role-sharing as an option, we can split (venue bookings/ maintenance/ camping equipment).
