Family Events Co-ordinator

Are you a good planner and organiser? Would you like to use your skills to help support and connect local families? If this sounds like you, would love your help to co-ordinate four fun events over the year! The planned events include: a preloved baby stuff sale, Parent Centre week activities, exhibiting at Kāpiti baby show and a Christmas party. Tasks involved in this role are organising roster to help, setting dates, booking halls or locations and coordinating the advertising and marketing of the events.

Requirements:

Great communication and organisational skills required. Reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player.

Time commitment:

Flexible. A couple of hours a week, more hours required in the run up and during events.
