Coffee Group Coordinator

Help this family-focused organisation coordinate a regular Coffee Group for parents of babies and preschoolers in Kapiti! We are looking for someone with leadership qualities to organise the coffee group to run 2-4 times per month. This role reports to the Community Services Coordinator and your tasks will include: managing and organising client lists, sending out invitations, coordinating guest speakers and community bakers.
Training provided and ongoing support from Community Services Coordinator

Requirements:

Great people and organisation skills.
Friendly and sunny personality, loves helping people, their families and little ones!

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

4-5 hours per month
