Treasurer

Do you have accounting skills that you would like to put to good use? Would you like to be part of a team that take an active interest in supporting women? We are looking for a Treasurer to join our Centres Hub (management group)! Duties include: Ensuring that the finances of the organisation are managed appropriately, investing money as appropriate to maximise return, pay accounts in a timely fashion, produce financial reports for the monthly meeting and annual accounts. This role is only open to women.

Requirements:

Accounting and financial reporting skills. Previous Treasurer experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Great communication skills, attention to detail and a good team player.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month between 7pm and 9pm
