Community Contacts Caller

Would you like to help create a safer and more connected Kapiti Community, which in these current times is now more important than ever? Do you have excellent verbal communication skills? We are looking for volunteers to call our list of Neighbourhood Support contacts in Kapiti and check if their group is still active, if they are still the correct contact, how many people are in their group and check their email address. This is a home-based role, with volunteers using their own phone. Volunteers will receive a koha of a Pressie Card as a token of appreciation.
Training will be provided.


Ability to listen but keep conversation on track to gain information needed for project and maintain confidentially.
Friendly with a pleasant telephone manner. Able to work autonomously.

Time commitment:

Flexible - short term role to be completed by end of October
